Massimo Mascali is the current owner of the firm and was born in Bergamo in 27.07.1970.
He graduated in Jurisprudence with distinction from Milan University, passing the legal qualifying exam at Brescia Court of Appeal.
He has been a member of the Bergamo bar association since 2001. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court and other Superior Jurisdictions in 2014.
During his professional activities Massimo Mascali has mainly been involved with civil law cases, dealing with hearings directly, even in relation to international law given that he is fluent in English.
He holds public liability insurance for practising business activities with Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.
